The Rocket Mozzafiato Cronometro R is a premium heat exchanger (HX) espresso that does not compromise.  It is packed with features such as near silent rotary pump, dual pre-infusion system, PID controller, shot timer, powerful steam pressure, height adjustable feet and no burn steam wand.  The Mozzafiato Cronometro R is a true representation of the Rocket Espresso quality and will provide consistent espresso for years making it a great choice for the discerning household. 

Features:

• E61 Group Head: The E61 brew head design has been around for 50 years and is used in the majority of the high end home espresso machines.  It is known its reliability and temperature stability due to heavy brass head combined with a thermosyphon system keeping the group head hot.  
• Dual Pre-Infusion: Rocket E61 machines incorporate a dual pre-infusion system, which consists of a static pre-infusion chamber and a mechanical element that has a progressively working piston.  
• Rotary Pump: The commercial grade rotary pump draws from the machine's internal water reservoir or allows for the machine to have a direct water connection from the water supply.
• Shot Timer: The elegant timer discretely brings a digital display and a shot timer to the machine without having to attach the PID controller
• No Burn Steam and Water Wand:  Both the steam and water wands are insulated so that they can be manipulated without the risk or burning your fingers.  Milk also doesn't stick to insulated steam wands as much as regular ones.
• PID Temperature Control:  The PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) uses 4 different parameters to ensure brew water temperature stability and the best results in the cup.  
• Insulated 1.8L Boiler: The Mozzafiato Cronometro R features a copper boiler with 9mm end plates for additional thermal stability and durability.
• Pressure Gauges: In addition to the dual pressure gauge for the brew and steam boilers, the Bianca features a manometer on the E61 group so you can also measure the real pressure on the coffee puck having a much more precise and accurate control of the coffee extraction.
